Emergency Assistance to Flood Affected Families in Nowshera-Pakistan - 2010
After the proper survey and selection of most flood affected people, NWHO distributed non food items to 120 families in Nowshera (Mishaq Village) in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The kits were distributed to the verified flood survivors. Photogallery |

New World Hope Organization Flood Relief Operation 2010
NWHO launched its relief and rehabilitation program for flood relief victims on 29 July, 2010, by sending out a field team to survey the affected areas and finalize sites for health camps, and food distribution. New World Hope’s Emergency Health Project 2010
New World Hope Organization sent mobile health teams (the teams comprised of male and female doctors, dispensers, hygiene promoters and helpers), ambulances and medicine to in flood affected areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) region to provide critical emergency health care to children and families affected by the recent flooding from the monsoon rains. 04 Mobile Health Units were established in the KPK region

Distribution of Meal ready to eat (MRE) packets to flood affected family in Nowshera and Charsadda districts
In response to the Pakistan Floods 2010, with the support of Shanti Volunteer Association (SVA), New World Hope Organization (NWHO) has distributed a total of 7,000 Meal ready to eat (MRE) packets to the most needed flood affected people for their lunch and dinner for two weeks in Nowshera and Charsadda Districts. These cooked food packets were distributed to a total of 3500 families. SVA and NWHO started Cooked Food Distribution Program on Sep 24, 2010.

NWHO Non formal schooling project 2010 for flood affected children in KPK
NWHO set up Non Formal Schools in the Nowshera District to allow students aged 5 to 20 to continue their education after the flood 2010 and also taught basic life skills such as proper hand-washing and hygiene. NWHO has also distributed textbooks, school bags and stationery to flood affected children of Sartaj Abad and Yousaf Abad.
Math, Urdu, English, Islamiyat and art are among the subjects taught to 300 students at a non-formal schools run by NWHO in Sartaj Abad and Yousaf Abad Villages (Flood affected Villages). Eid gifts of shalwaar suits for the children were distributed by NWHO two days before Eid. Photogallery |

UN seal the deal campaign- NWHO collected thousands of signatures for action on climate change
New World Hope Organization encouraged our people to become involved in Seal the Deal Campaign. The NWHO called on people to support UN seal the deal campaign by organizing a series of events such as, NWHO organized Lectures of environment awareness on climate change and a clean up campaign in Schools and Colleges in Pakistan. The events attracted many young people who were delighted to take such action and to have a say in protecting the planet. Million Tree Campaign in Pakistan 2009
In 2008, Chairman of NEW WORLD HOPE ORGANIZATION Muhammad Ajmal Khan inaugurated the Spring Tree Planting Campaign 2008 by planting 200,000 saplings and the NWHO also gave 50000 plants to schools and citizens of Nowshera to plant trees in their yards. During this Campaign in Pakistan 01 Million saplings will be planted by the end of 2010 all over the country by NWHO teams, with involvement of general public, NGOs and corporate sector.Photogallery

Over 275,000 Trees Planted at 75 Sites Throughout Country in 2007
The Tree Planting campaign was launched by the New World Hope Organization in 2007 with the objective of making a "green world". NWHO successfully completed tree planting project of 2007 and planted over 275,000 trees at 75 sites throughout Pakistan in 2007.

NWHO Distributed Child Blankets & Winter Jackets Among Refugees. December, 2007
In January 2008,The winter relief project in Afghan Camp in Akora Khattak has been planned to help 500 families and vulnerable children because some refugee children in Akora Khattak Afghan refugee camp died due to harsh cold weather. NWHO distributed necessary supplies for refugees in the camps so that they could live through the severe winter. 850 winter jackets and 400 Child blankets were distributed.

The School Earthquake Safety and Preparedness Training project was started in 2009 with a purpose to promote a culture of earthequke safety in the schools of Pakistan.
The learning level of the students, who are the future of any country, depends also on the learning level of the teachers. There is greater need children’s education as well as training of master trainers in schools on earthquake preparedness. The Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony of New Al-Hijra Girls High School & New Al-Hijra Degree College was held on, 31 March 2008 in New Al-Hijra Degree College in honour of those students who had earned top positions as well as in their internal qualifying examinations,
On the occasion, New World Hope Organization gave away the prizes to the top position holder students as well as NWHO also announced to give books, fee and any other sort of assistance to the needy and poor students during session 2008-09 and in future also, who could not afford fee, uniforms and books.
