Returns Policy for Donation

The Refund Policy of NWHO is for your ease of mind and confidence in our Organization.
If, for ANY reason, you wish a refund, we are happy to honor your decision as long as you request a refund within 14 calendar days of the date on which you made the contribution please contact us, either by calling us 0090514329105 or using the contact form or at info@newworldhope.org

Refunds will be issued as either a credit to the credit card used for the original contribution or by check if the item was paid for with a check, or cash.

In order to process a refund, please tell us the date of your transaction and the amount of Donation, your order number, name and contact information, and the reason for the return.

In the letter, please include:

• amount of your donation that you would like refunded

Please allow two to four weeks after receipt of your letter for your payment to be refunded.

Returns Policy for items

The Refund Policy of NWHO is for your ease of mind and confidence in our Organization.
At www.newworldhope.org , we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. If you are not satisfied with the product or if we supply the wrong product or any way fault or damage, we will exchange it for the correct one. We will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if replacement is not possible, we will refund your purchase price including delivery costs.

The items must be returned in their original form, should be without any marking and damage. The items can be returned in the following manner..

Please contact us by email mentioning you Order ID,item Code, Name and reason for returning the product.
The customer's request for return must be made within two days of the receipt of the goods.
The refund will be issued within 3 business days, if all the above conditions have been met. The original shipping amount will not be refunded. The refund would be Charge Back and appear on the Debit/Credit card (if you order by Card) account within 15 days or as agreed if you pay through (Cheque or Cash Deposit directly to our Organization's Bank account).

For Clothing and other related products, when orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide on our website by email, phone or fax. NWHO will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. Please note that before dispatching an order, we take photographs and record each measurement part of the Cloth and keep them in record so that if any misfit case arise we first investigate it by checking measurements from our library. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. If they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered we'll offer you a freefix.
Custom, Oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

We are sure you will be delighted with our products and services, but if you're not happy at anytime within 30 days, simply write a refund request at info@newworldhope.org  and we'll refund your money. We also would like to know the reason for the refund so we may improve our services.

There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.

        Order Cancellation:
You can cancel an order within 24 hours from the receipt of the payment and no charges will be dedcuted and you will get a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the receipt of payment. If you would like to cancel an order after 24 hours, then processing charges and admin charges for refund will apply. If a custom order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it after 24 hours then there might be additional charges which will be calculated and you will be informed of the final charges which will be dedcuted from your payment.

The site & certain services will be accessible to users of the website as identified in the Registration Forms or relevant sections. All user information provided to us, including without limitation the information on the Registration Forms, must be current, accurate, and complete.
