Mission

New World Hope Organization (NWHO) is a nonprofit organization that works to provide assistance to people across the globe by offering humanitarian services and environmental protection programs such as health, education, environment, water and sanitation, humanitarian relief, disability, climate change and natural disasters research and policy, victims of natural or man-made disasters, poverty alleviation, woman and child rights. We are dedicated to alleviating human suffering regardless of race, color, religion, or cultural background.

Vision

New World Hope Organization exists to provide education, Clean & Nuisance Free Environment, climate change and natural disasters research, medical and humanitarian aid, or other services deemed necessary for the benefit of all people in need.

NWHO with a strong his volunteer network, organization members, individual members and organization partners, is working nationally and internationally on humanitarian relief and environmental preservation programmes. In small villages and large cities around the world, NWHO builds local capacity to improve education, health care, leadership capabilities and economic opportunities. We work with many organizations, foundations, agancies and institutions on humanitarian relief and environmental preservation programmes, from local and national NGOs to national and international decision-making bodies.

Conducting research on the environmental damage that results from traffic-related poisonous gasses and material.
Organizing conferences, lectures, advocacy campaigns that aim at increasing the safety on the roads and reducing pollution.
To contribute towards the development, adaptation and promotion of appropriate science and technologies related to Earthquakes and Environment Preservation.
To undertake support and subsidize measures programs and plans for reducing and eradicating pollution and improving environment.
To innovate and disseminate the means for creating sustainable livelihoods on a large scale, and thus to mobilize widespread action to eradicate poverty, hunger and regenerate the environment.

Internal Governance

• The general body consists of ten members who meet once a year and follow the conditions laid down in the Memorandum of Association of the Organization.

• New World Hope Organization has specified a 4-year term for the Board members.

• The Charter contains an intrinsic mechanism to be adopted to effect an amendment therein. The process for bringing about the amendment is democratic.

• The organization has a clearly defined job description statement for its middle level management employees.

•The general body of the organization acts for and represent the organization in all matters and executive the policy and decisions of Board of Directors (BoDs).

• NWHO is following accepted best practices for recruitment of their employees. NWHO is also an equal opportunity employer. Men and women are comparably paid within their respective categories and receive staff development and training opportunities.

• The NWHO has a conflict of interest policy applicable to General Body members and senior management staff. The organization has a grievance settlement policy and employees feel that they have a chance to settle their grievances internally, NWHO Performance Evaluation Policy; this policy establishes guidelines for performance evaluations of professional staff.

Delegation of Authority
NWHO has developed clear written policies regarding the authority for each level of management and staff. The staff is empowered to take decisions at all levels. Procedure manuals and policy documents are available to all staff.
