How Do You Become a Organization Member?
Application Procedure
To apply for organization membership, please download and submit a completed application form (pdf or doc), along with the following required documents and information, to the NWHO secretariat.
The following documents should be attached to the application:
- Constitution, charter or similar document;
- Statement of organizational aims and objectives;
- Proof of non-governmental and non-profit legal status;
- Most recent annual report and financial statement including sources of income and current donors (audited if available);
- Composition of executive body or equivalent (names and institutional affiliations);
- Minutes of the last General Assembly or similar meetings;
- List of member organizations (if applicable).
- List of contact persons with their titles, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers;
- Cheque or bank draft or international money order of membership fee.*
*Application Fee: Organization Membership fees are based upon the organization's operating budget. See Membership Fee Structure. In US dollars as appropriate or the equivalent in any other convertible currency (non-refundable) should be included with the application. Please specify whether sending cheque or bank draft or international money order, etc.
Membership Fee Structure
Organization Membership dues shall be paid on an annual basis. Your NWHO membership is valid for 1 year from the acceptances date of your application form the board of director, e.g. Membership start on 12 November 2005 expires on 11 November 2006.
New World Hope Organization charges a processing fee of membership application. Please submit a cheque payable to New World Hope Organization or bank draft or a copy of the bank transfer statement together with the application and relevant documents.
Annual dues are based on the organization's annual operating budget in US dollars:

Application Review
Received applications will be reviewed by the secretariat and submitted to the executive committee with a recommendation. The executive committee will then take a decision on the application, which will be communicated to the applying organization.
Time Frame
Once your application is received, a letter of acknowledgement will be sent to you by the NWHO secretariat. Please allow one month for the processing of your application from the time it is received by the secretariat. The NWHO secretariat will keep applicants informed on the status of their application.
NOTE: Please note that processing your membership application may take one months after payment is received. Thank you for your patience.

Online: You can fill online individual membership application and submit it easily.
ADOBE: If you download the .pdf file, you can print it, fill it out, and mail it to the address below. If you have Adobe Reader® or Adobe Acrobat®, you should be able to open the file with Adobe and fill it out online. However, most versions of Adobe Reader do not allow you to save the filled-in form, nor e-mail the filled-in form. In that case, even though you can fill out the form online, you will have to print it and mail it. You will also need to print a copy for yourself if you want to keep a copy. If you have Adobe Acrobat (such as Acrobat Professional or Acrobat Standard), you may be able to save and/or e-mail the filled-in form. You will need to check your software and follow the instructions with it.
Microsoft WORD: If you prefer, you can download the .doc file. You should be able to open the .doc file with Microsoft WORD, fill in the form, save it, and return it as an e-mail attachment. You can also print out the form and save or mail it. Note, if your version of Microsoft Word is not compatible with these forms, you will not be able to fill them in, and you may not be able to read or print them.
